I stayed here on short notice when I learned Nash Comm College was hosting a fire training class I needed. I booked online after searching the web for reviews of several hotels. This one had fantastic reviews and my experience lived up to the hype. The staff were very nice, helpful, and attentive. The facility was very clean. The breakfast was nice with the usual roundup of hotel offerings though if you are being health-conscious, you will find limited options. The friendly staff and facility cleanliness more than make up for it. This will be the first hotel I check for availability if I'm ever training in Rocky Mount again.

Check in was easy. We arrived at 11pm and Vanessa was genuinely happy to get us checked in. The room was immaculate! The pillows! Heaven! The bed! Super comfortable! The bathroom was roomy and I loved the extra towel hooks. The breakfast selections were great. And the dining area was spotless. Shaquita and Kevin really did a great job. Angela was at the desk as we checked out. I dropped off the room key and she said she hoped we had a great stay and was really friendly. Please let the staff know how awesome they were. We were there less than 24 hours and in that short amount of time, it was a great experience.

The staff is professional and helpful. Clean and safe hotel. The location off the highway is excellent. I have stayed here several times and will definitely return!

We always stay at Fairfield/ Marriott’s because they are always clean, convenient to our travel routes, and comfortable. We love the breakfasts and the staff are always friendly. It makes our traveling experience very enjoyable!

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel was clean and had everything we needed. The room was spacious enough for my daughter and I. We had a wonderful time and would stay here again.
